The Alatus tracker is fitted to your equipment by an accredited installer of the Vehicle Systems Integration Board.
The VSIB is the national regulatory and accreditation body for installers of vehicle security and other electronic systems in the after market.
After the installation your asset is monitored 24/7 by our Systems Operating Centre. It is one of the most sophisticated centres, equipped with state-of-the-art computer systems and manned by Operators vetted to BS 7858.
The Alatus system is proactive. It informs you when your asset is threatened and does not wait until you notice a loss. Using the mobile phone network and extremely sensitive GPs receiver, the tracker will report its position from almost anywhere directly to our operators in real time.
The Alatus system is not defeated by thieves’ tactics such as hiding assets in warehouses and articulated trailers. The Systems Operating Centre will respond to alarms from the device by contacting a nominated person or persons by phone.
Our Systems Operating Centre will contact the Police and liaise with them until the vehicle is recovered. As our system notifies us of a suspected theft the time between theft and recovery is kept to a minimum.
